Today is a VERY proud day to be a FIU (Florida International Univeristy) alumni.
The University just got approved to open a medical school!! Woohoo.... not only does this give access to thousands of students that want to pursue a degree in medicine but do not have the incomes to afford private institutions in the area, but it makes FIU so much better...
YEAH to all my gold panthers out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's alumnus (male) or alumna (female), alumni is plural. I learned that at the University of Florida. Go Gators! ;-)
thank you Conductor but as I was refering to all FIU alumni, maybe my sentance structure was off with the excitment i'll fix it...."Today is a very proud day for FIU alumni" ..... these gators people!!! I can never get away from them.... hehe.. thank you ... Go Panthers
