Gov. Blanco takes the blame - FINALLY!

Yesterday the Gov of Louisiana, Kathleen Blanco, finally took the blame of all the failures made by the state. Part to apologize, part to save her self from a total political funeral. (some said she was heading for a possible impeachment.) She went on TV and said "The bucks tops here, and as your governor, I take full responsibility." .... she finally had enough "cojones" to do what the President did a few days ago. Gov.
